Happy Halloween! It’s Angeline here with a spooky project for you using lots of Kat Scrappiness goodies. Although I do not celebrate Halloween, Kat has some brand new stamps, dies and sequins — perfect for your ghostly projects, so let’s take a look!
For the background of the card, I inked it up using Walnut Stain Distress Oxides Ink Pad by Tim Holtz then sprinkled some water onto it to get the oxidized look. Then I cut out the rectangle cardstock using the Cross Stitched Rectangle Dies by Kat Scrappiness and then sprayed it with some Prima Color Bloom Spray [Gilded, Iris, Emerald]. Then once that’s dried, I cut out the peekaboo section using the Pop Out Die by Kat Scrappiness. Before adhering this piece down, I adhered down the cat from the Toil & Trouble Layered Stamp Set with Matching Dies by Kat Scrappiness and lots & lots of pretty sequins.
Finally, I used the spider-web borders from the Halloween Border Dies by Kat Scrappiness and skulls from the Toil & Trouble Layered Stamp Set with Matching Dies by Kat Scrappiness to decorate the card up! These layering stamps and Halloween sequins are just so much fun!
