My husband and I have been married for 24 years and have a daughter who recently graduated from college.  I’ve been a stamper/card marker for over 20 years – it’s my  passion!   If I can’t get into my craft room every day, I tend to get ‘cranky’!  It is truly how I relax ? I enjoy being a part of the amazing crafting community having made many friends through our shared obsession (um, hobby!).

And our RETURNING design team member is…Lisa Golzbein!

    Lisa

Hi my name is Lisa and I live in sunny South Florida and I am known as “mom” to three wonderful children and three fur babies. I am also a Registered Nurse in a NICU where I take care of the most precious babies on Earth. I have been a paper crafter for over ten years and I enjoy all types of DIY projects. I used to design custom invitations and announcements which led to scrapbooking which ultimately led to card making. My favorite of all is card making and I spend most of my very little spare time creating my “OhSoCute” projects!

     Tina Gui Gui DornBaum

Hello, my name is Tina and I am a graphic artist/designer.  I am married and have a son who is all grown up. I needed something to do with my spare time so one day while surfing the net I landed on a website for crafting. In 2008 I took my first card class and never looked back.  I am always trying out new techniques so my style is always evolving, however, one thing never changes…I love to fill my page.  I am super excited to be on the Kat Scrappiness Design Team and share my projects with you.

    Caren Bartholomew

Hi, my name is Caren Bartholomew.  I’ve been creating cards off and on for about 20 years.  Ten years ago, I was able to set up a dedicated craft room and have been nonstop card creating since!  My style is clean and simple, and I love cute and punny.  I like to try new techniques and occasionally dabble in other crafts.  I can’t wait to create and share Kat Scrappiness products

    Priscilla Joseph

    Priscilla Joseph

All of us here at Kat Scrappiness are excited to introduce you to Priscilla Joseph who is our newest designer.  Here is a little more about Priscilla:

“I’m a New England girl who now lives in the Chicago area, with a yearning to retire to southern California. I currently teach middle school and plan to retire someday to pursue my passion for card making full-time

I love black coffee and white wine but counterbalanced by a healthy eating lifestyle. When not teaching (which is pretty time consuming), my husband and I travel all over the country . . .  from spring and summer break trips to the west coast or quick visits back home to the east coast. Finding time to cuddle up with a good book can be challenging — “chick-lit” and mysteries are often treasured reading on a flight to somewhere.

My first back-to-the-working-world job after my two sons started school was in corporate marketing management and writing for a high-tech company in Massachusetts. It was during that time period when I attended my first “Stampin’ Up!” party one evening in 2002. I didn’t realize then that the world of stamps, inks, and cards even existed! I was hooked immediately!

Years later, I moved to the Chicago area and made a major mid-life career change. I went back to school to earn my master’s in education and began teaching middle school Language Arts and Social Studies. Initially my passion for card making had to be pushed aside as I focused on being a dedicated teacher. But within the last five years, it has returned, and as my teaching career begins to wind down, my obsession is steering my journey into retirement.

I have branched out from buying and using only “Stampin’Up!” products to dabbling in inks, paints, stamps & card stock from a multitude of favorite on-line retailers. When I am designing my cards, I always try to direct my creatives juices in a direction I have not seen done yet. I’m not sure if I could categorize my “style” . . . some cards are clean & simple; others a little more bold and busy.

Please join me in my new journey as I play with stamps, ink, paint & paper . . .  one project at a time.”
