Thinking of you Sweet Pink Shaker

Hello my friends Waleska here to share some inspiration with you using the new Thinking of you Word and Shadow die.   Have you seen the awesome collection of word dies with shadows we have at the shop? you will find many different phrases for many occasions, check them out!  For my card today I wanted a sweet feel so I also used the Frosted Cookie Sprinkles in my card, let me share how I did it.

    CARD DETAILS:

I started by choosing the colors for my card I was inpired by the colors on the Frosted Cookie Sprinkles so I decided to go with a bright pink.  I used Oxide Ink in color Kirstch Flamingo and I inked only the bottom part of my card and I used some water splashes for more texture as well as some gold watercolor ink.  I then cut the frame from the Stitched Postage Edge Rectangle Dies and created the shaker card using foam tape and acetate.  I then put the sprinkes inside the shaker.

I then cut the Thinking of you word die with a pink and gold cardstock and adhere them together.  I glue this words to the front of the shaker card and also added a sentiment. I put the shaker card on a white cardbase… and this fun and sweet card is ready! You can use this design for many different occasions and with any color you want! It is super easy and fun!

I hope you liked my card today! Use all the shaker material you have at home or shop for our amazing variety of Sprinkles at the shop!  Have a wonderful weeked!

Autumn with the Sun Spot Background Die

Hello Crafty Friends.  Donna W. here and today I’m sharing an Autumn themed card featuring the Kat Scrappiness Sunspot Background Die, new Embellishment Spoon and Gold Mine Rhinestones.

To start, I blended an A2 sized panel of Kraft Card with Dusty Concord, Fired Brick and Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Inks.  After allowing the inks to dry completely, I die cut the blended panel with the Kat Scrappiness Sunspot Cover Die and adhered to a Kraft Card base using liquid adhesive.
The cover die cuts a circle in the middle and I wanted to place a sentiment there and needed a larger area to stamp on, so I stamped and die cut a larger circle.  For dimension, I mounted the sentiment circle on craft foam and adhered to the card.
Lastly, I wanted sparkle and shine on my project so using the new embellishment spoon by Kat Scrappiness, I scooped some Gold Mine Rhinestones and adhered the medium sized gems around the sentiment circle.
That completes my card for today. Below, please find affiliate links to the Kat Scrappiness Products I’ve used and thanks for visiting.  Until next time, Happy Crafting!
