    Hello Kat Scrappiness Friends!

    Tasha here sharing a card created with the Kat Scrappiness #UkraineStong Bundle!

    To begin, I stamped three sunflowers using the layering stamps. This sunflower is so pretty and it’s easy to make several at the same time using a stamping tool!

    Next, I cut a scalloped heart out of glitter paper and a white double-stitched heart. Kat Scrappiness offers several different heart die sets, so you can mix and match to customize your projects.

    The greeting “We Stand United” was stamped with the same ink color I used on the sunflowers. I love the bright yellow color against the white paper!

    Lastly, I added a piece of the #UkraineStrong pattern paper and several yellow enamel dots before attaching the card to a white card base.

    Here is another card example created using this bundle.

    Ukraine Strong Mini Slimline Card

    Hi everyone, it’s Tina here. Kat Scrappiness has released the UkraineStrong Bundle. It has a 6” x 8” stamp and coordinating dies and a 6 x 8” paper pad. Proceeds will go to GlobalGiving.org and the Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund. Below you will find the details to create your own card.

    Step 1 – Trim White Cardstock to 6” x 7”, score at 3 1/2” and fold in half for a vertical side fold card. (Mini Slimline)

    Step 2 – Trim Yupo Paper to 3 1/2” x 6”. Add alcohol ink starting with Lemonade. Place a few drops and use an air blower to move the ink. It also helps the ink to dry faster. You finish continue with Stonewashed. Repeat until you reach the desired pattern. Let dry then adhere to card front.

    Step 3 – Stamp UkraineStrong Flag and Flower using Blue and Yellow Inks. Diecut with Matching dies and adhere to card. Stamp sentiment on White Cardstock. Trim the sentiment and adhere to card using Bearly Art Precision Glue.

    Crafters Gonna Craft!

    Hello and Happy Sunday!  Today I’m sharing a card that every crafter can relate to…Crafters Gonna Craft!  I’ve used the Crafters Gonna Craft Stamp Set from Kat Scrappiness to create a fun and colorful A2 sized card.

    I’ve created my own background by stamping and coloring various crafty tools.  I’ve matted the panel with black card and adhered to a 110 lb cardbase of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White.

    Using the Never Ending Circles Die Set from Kat Scrappiness, I’ve stamped and matted the sentiment, backed with a piece of torn vellum and using my Tiny Attacher from Tim Holtz, added staples for additional interest. The images from this set are so realistic and stamp so well.  This is a set I’m glad to own as it’s so versatile!

    Happy Friday Kat Scrappiness Friends!

    Tasha here sharing a graduation card tutorial featuring the A2 Postcard Die and “Merry Critters” Stamp Set!

    I used the A2 Postcard Die for the center card and ink blended yellow stars with the new Falling Stars Stencil. I love the variety of star sizes and the falling star pattern!

    The owl character used is from the “Merry Critter” Stamp Set and I added the cap and gown to go with the graduation theme. Owl images are great for grad cards and this one is just too cute!

    The top sentiment “Proud of You” was created with the Proud Of You Sentiment W/Shadow Die. The gold glitter shadow layer is so pretty and the colors coordinate perfectly with the stenciled background! In addition, I stamped “Happy Graduation Day” with red & black ink. The postcard die adds lines to write a greeting, but also works to line up stamped sentiments.

    Lastly, I added yellow enamel dots and layers of orange cardstock and star pattern paper to complete the card.

    Happy Birthday Card

    Hello KS fans! Maria Russell here on the blog with you today, sharing this cute Birthday Card showcasing the Layered Balloons Coverplate Die along with the Happy Birthday Word Die with Shadow.
    Here’s how I made the card:
    • Prepare the background by ink-blending a panel of Bristol Smooth White Card Stock measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches with Scattered Straw, Cracked Pistachio and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Inks using small ink blending tools.  Adhere this panel on some A2-size notecard.
    • Die-cut the pink frame using the Layered Balloons Coverplate Die on some 110 lb. Neenah Solar White Card Stock.  Adhere this frame on the ink-blended panel with foam adhesive for added dimension.
    • Use the Laminator and Deco Foil Toner Sheets with Deco Foil Transfer Sheet in Shattered Glass to foil this panel.
    • Use the balloon dies from the Layered Balloons Coverplate Die to die-cut the balloons.  Foam-mount the pieces on the card panel for added dimension.
    • Foam-mount the frame on the card for added dimension.
    • Die cut the words “Happy Birthday” using the Happy Birthday Word Die with Shadow on some Black and white card stock.  Adhere them together with liquid glue.
    • Finish the card design by adhering the sentiment on the card.
