Hi there, Martha Lucia here with you. I just pop up to share with you a card with more sprinkles! Kat Scrappiness is releasing more sprinkles and you cannot imagine how fun is that for me!

To make this card, I stretched my dies one more time. I created a shaker card with the cup included on the Wine Not Custom Craft Dies from Kat Scrappiness. I combined the die cuts with the stamp set of the same name.

Also, I used some additional elements to make my card more attractive. For example, I inked the top layer of the shaker piece, using distress inks with the life changing blender brush set. I die cut a piece of metallic card stock with one of the zig zag squares and cut the center with my paper knife to just create a border. Inside of the cups I put two different types of sprinkles: the Lemon Slices Sprinkles and the Strawberry Sprinkles. As final touch, I added a tiny bow in blue glitter paper that I cut from a spellbinders die.
Remember to come in the next few days because I have more blog hops and giveaways. Stay tuned and thanks so much for stopping by!

Time for the AUGUST CHALLENGE: BACK TO SCHOOL!
It’s that time of year! We would love to see your Back to School Creations! Here is my inspiration to get you started.
I started this card with my “apple” shape hexagon for my shaker. I die cut the inside with a smaller hexagon to make the “frame”. Then added my acetate and foam tape around the frame.
Next, I stamped the faces and the sentiment on my apples and the fishtail banner dies by Kat Scrappiness.
I added my apple sprinkles and confetti dots to the center of the apple paper and placed my hexagon on top to create my shaker. I added a stem and leaf to make it look like a real apple. I assembled all the pieces and a perfect card to kiss up to your teacher!

———-SUPPLIES———-
Hey Crafters! Priscilla here! Today I’ll be using the new “Stewart the Sloth‘” stamp set now available in Kat’s shop to make two C&S (Clean & Simple) cards. And stay tuned for a special bonus video showing how I used a “Two-Layer Stenciling” technique to create the background for both of these cards.
Here’s the new stamp set I used today to create my two C&S cards.

The first one features a yellow and red stenciled background using a Distress Oxide color combination that Kristina Werner showed on her blog a few months ago.

I used Carta Bella’s “Wander & Find” stencil and combined it with stencil I created using a circle die from my stash. Note my new stenciling tool, the Wendy Vecchi “MAKE ART Stay-tion All-In-One Magnetic Surface.” I LOVE ? it!

Here’s a short video showing you this “Two-Layer Stenciling” technique.
The second card features a Distress Oxide ink combo of “Squeezed Lemonade,” “Peacock Fathers,” and “Chipped Sapphire” for the stenciled background. Some “Mystical Leaves” sprinkles provide the finishing touch.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Don’t forget to check out what’s NEW in Kat’s Shop, and follow my blog and Instagram for more “Kat Scrappiness Amazingness”!

Hi Crafters!
We are still celebrating Christmas in July here at Kat Scrappiness. It has really put me in the mood to make Christmas cards, they are my favorite!
I tend to use fun/bright colors on my cards, so it was good to get out of my comfort zone and use brown/gold tones for this card. I absolutely love the way it turned out.

I found a piece of light brown patterned paper with gold snowflakes on it from my stash. I used the double stitched rectangle dies to cut out a panel from the patterned paper. I then used the double stitched circle dies to cut a circle from this piece. As you can see, the double stitched circle die left stitches on the outside of the circle.
I used the VersaMark watermark pen with a ruler to draw a line from the top of the circle to the edge of the paper. I covered the line with gold embossing powder and heat set it. I also heat embossed the sentiment Merry Christmas from the Merry Critters stamp set onto a Stitched Fishtail banner die cut from kraft card stock.
I backed the circle opening with clear acetate and attached gold glitter paper to my kraft card base. I added Golden Anniversary sequins to create the shaker part of the card and attached it to the card base using dimensional adhesive. I die cut the bow from Lawn Fawn’s Mini Picture Frame dies in gold glitter paper and attached it to the top of the circle to create the ornament.
To finish the card, I added the sentiment banner with dimensional adhesive.
