    Candy Corn Halloween Card

    Hello crafty friends! Sammi here to show you how to make this super easy and quick card using the amazing Creepy & Kooky 6×6 paper pad from Kat Scrappiness! I just love this paper! It is perfect for making quick Halloween cards and I am going to show you how to make this super cool card! Here is what you do:

    1. First I cut put a piece of cardstock with the Mini Slimline Lattice Frame Die and I ink blended it black. You can also just cut it out in black cardstock, but I was not sure of the color I was going with, so I ink blended it.
    2. Then I cut a piece of the black candy corn paper the size of the mini slimline piece and glued the black Lattice Frame piece onto the candy corn paper piece using Bearly Art glue. I then cut a piece of the orange candy corn paper the same size of the middle of the Lattice Frame piece and popped it onto the card panel using foam tape.
    3. I then cut out the spiderweb border in black cardstock using the Halloween Border dies and glued the border onto the orange candy corn panel using Bearly Art glue.
    4. Using the Happy Halloween w/ shadow die, I cut out the shadow in black cardstock and the Happy Halloween sentiment in white cardstock. I then ink blended the sentiment in black and orange distress ink and then added some Glossy Accents to give it some shine. After the Glossy Accents was dry, I glued the seniment onto the shadow and then popped it up on the card pane using more foam tape.
    5. I wanted to add the little spider from the Creepy Crawly dies, so I cut him out in black cardstock and glued him onto the card panel coming down from the spiderweb. I then added some Onyx Black Pearl Mix embellishments to finish the look.
    6. I then glued the card panel onto a mini slimline card base and I was done!

    This is such a fun, cool and easy card to make! The Creepy & Kooky paper pad is so much fun to work with and you can make some amazing projects with it. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

    Hello everyone!

    It’s Donna Idlet here sharing a mini slimline Halloween card using products from the new release.  I am using the Happy Halloween die with shadow, the spiders are from the are from the Creepy Crawly Dies set and the Boo to You slimline paper pad.

    Today is the last day to stock up on your adhesives.  Kat Scrappiness has 15% off of ALL adhesives, use CODE “SAVEONGLUE”.

    Here is how I created my card:

    • Cut the black Slimline Card Base: 6″ x 3 1/2″ (6″ x 7″, scored at 3 1/2″).
    • Cut the pattern paper with KS Mini Slimline Tri-Frame Slimline Dies using KS Boo to You slimline Paper Pad.
    • Die cut the Happy Halloween die with Shadow using KS Boo to You Paper and the shadow with white cardstock
    • Die cut Halloween Border dies and spiders from the Creepy Crawly Dies set
    • Assembled the card and finished off with adding some KS Simply Batty Sprinkles and googly eyes.

    I created a matching envelop using the KS Happy Mail Mini Slimline dies.
