    Rainbows

    Hi, I have been busy creating cards with my recent Kat Scrappiness shipment. I find myself returning to this adorable koala to create. Stamp set is Koala-ty Time.

    I often start my card making process with the background. I used blue card stock and stamped clouds in blue.

    Next I stamped the koala and sentiment. The koala was colored using Copic markers. I cut a banner and stamped the sentiment in black.

    Using the rainbow panel die I cut it out in all the colors you see in order to create the rainbow. (Side note is I now have enough pieces to create this card four more times!)

    Final step is to assemble all the parts onto a card base. As always I feel the need to add a few embellishments which are the pink dots.

    Hang In There| Critters in Quarantine PJs

    Hi Everyone, it’s Priscilla here. Today I want to share the card I made for the Kat Scrappiness “Critter Hop” on Instagram,, which runs from May 15th- 20th.

    I hope you’ve been “hopping” along with us, as our Design Team Members share their projects, with giveaways at every stop!

    Today’s card features not One but Three critters from the Kat Scrappiness shop. I decked out the sloth, the koala, and the kangaroo in pajamas . . . something a lot of us are wearing these days in quarantine. LOL! ?

    To create their PJs, I simply paper pieced them from plaid paper onto the the critters after I had colored each with Spectrum Noir Tri-blend Markers. The “Hang In There” sentiment is from the “Stewart the Sloth” stamp set.

    To frame the three critters, I used the Kat Scrappiness “Stitched Scalloped Collage Frame Die” with khaki-colored card stock. and adhered everything to an olive green A2 card base. Three of Kat’s “Soft Yellow Confetti Sprinkles” were the finishing touch.

    COFFEE and CRITTERS

    Hello Kat Scrappiness fans, it’s Lisa and I’m back this month to ask you to come play with us for the August card challenge! The card challenge this month is going to involve two of your favorite things…. COFFEE and CRITTERS!  I thought it would be fun to combine two of your favorite crafty go to’s in one challenge! Let’s combine our favorite critters (dogs, cats, unicorns, whales……etc.) with our favorite coffee themed stamps and dies!

    I can’t wait to see some of the fun combos you all come up with!
