    We Stand United Card!

    Hello Kat Scrappiness Friends!

Tasha here sharing a card created with the Kat Scrappiness #UkraineStong Bundle!

To begin, I stamped three sunflowers using the layering stamps. This sunflower is so pretty and it’s easy to make several at the same time using a stamping tool!

See the full card making tutorial on the Kat Scrappiness YouTube Channel!

Next, I cut a scalloped heart out of glitter paper and a white double-stitched heart. Kat Scrappiness offers several different heart die sets, so you can mix and match to customize your projects.

The greeting “We Stand United” was stamped with the same ink color I used on the sunflowers. I love the bright yellow color against the white paper!

Lastly, I added a piece of the #UkraineStrong pattern paper and several yellow enamel dots before attaching the card to a white card base.

Here is another card example created using this bundle.

Thank you for checking out today’s project!

  • Jingle Bells

    Jingle Bells

    Hello fellow card makers,

Today I am sharing a Christmas card made using products from the Kat Scrappiness newest release. We all know Christmas planning starts in July so let’s get started on those cards.

Using the new slim line dies I cut the different layers of the card. I used the Wonky Edge Slimline die and the Embossed Edge Slimline dies in two sizes.

Next I die cut the trees using the tree die from the KS Crafter’s Essentials Winter Die Set. I did cut the trees in two shades of green and cut some of the tree line apart in order to arrange the trees to fit the slimline format. Before putting the trees on the card I splatted white paint onto them. When attaching the trees I used some foam tape to give the card dimension. I stamped some clouds in the sky above the tree line.

Now for the best part of the card! The adorable Christmas Gnome from the newest release alone with a sentiment from the set were stamped and added to the card to complete the look but not without a few sequins. Excited to see all the Christmas cards to be made with this wonderful new stamp set.

    Conversational Hearts

I think love is in the air! Everyone loves getting a Valentine from a secret admirer so let’s send some to those special friends this year. You can make this share in no time at all.

I started by choosing my card stock and cutting it to size. Next, stamp the sentiment from the Kat Scrappiness “Say it with Hearts” Stamp and Die Set. I do love my layers!

Now to pick the conversation Hearts to use from the stamp set. I stamped three hearts onto coordinating patterned paper.

My finally step was to assemble the pieces and the card is complete.

    Happy Crafters!

Today we have a sushi card for that special person that likes sushi and is deserving of some praise. Kat Scrappiness Wok On Stamp Set is perfect for this simple card.

I started with stamping chop sticks onto the card base to create the background. Being a bit frugal, I cut a smaller layer out of black glitter paper then cut out an even smaller rectangle to be used in a future card. Embossed the sentiment from the stamp set in Alabaster (Brutus Monroe) available at Kat Scrappiness. A small strip of glitter paper to put behind the sentiment and the white layer for the focus stamps were cut using card stock available also at Kat Scrappiness.

Now for the focus of the card and all the fun of coloring. I chose some sushi pieces and condiments to stamp, color, and cut out.

Assembled all the layers and stamped pieces to create the final project. I added a few sequins and the job was finished.

    Product List:

    KS Wok On Stamp set

    BM Alabaster Embossing Powder

KS Silver City II sequin mix

Neenah White 80 lbs Craft paper

Honey Bee Over the Rainbow paper Pad

    Choose to be happy

Hello everyone this is Mona back with a fun journal page featuring the brand new die set from Kat Scrappiness called Cute Layered Owl Die Set.. everyone knows I love owls so this is a favourite of mine. Let me walk you thru the steps of my journal page.

I started by adding modpodge with torn pieces of script paper  in random places  on my background , once that was dry I added a thin layer of light blue paint on top. Now for the fun part, I used several different stencils from my stash, white and dark blue paint, and stenciled, using my Dream weaver Stencil Brush. For the finishing touch I added a bit of stamping using a old script stamp and some Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink.

These are what I used to cut the elements for my page… Kat Scrappiness cute owl die set and a Stampendous stamp set for the tree. I also stamped a fence twice and fussy cut them. I used my alcohol markers to colour in all my images.

Once everything was cut out, I placed them on my page and adhered them with modpodge. This is where I noticed I needed more stenciling so I added a bit more. I continued by adding the shadow all around my images, used a green marker to add grass and finished off by adding my sentiment.

This finishes off my mini tutorial.  Thank you very much for stopping by . I hope to see you again soon. Bye bye for now ?
