    We are Blessed…

Hello Friends Waleska here… I hope you had a peaceful Easter with your family…  and eventhough Easter is over I wanted to use the beautiful die  Faberge Egg and Cross Die to create a card for a friend.

    CARD DETAILS:

To create this card I used a sparkly fun foam in colors yellow and purple.  I die cut the faberge Egg with Cross with white cardstock five times  and adhere all of them together for dimension.  I also die cut from the yellow and purple fun foam the Faberge Egg with a Cross but this time I used only the inside parts.

Because of the Five layers of the white die cut the fun foam parts fit right into the diecut, it looks super sparkly and awesome.  For the background I die cut a white cardbase and blended Squeezed Lemonade Oxide Ink from top to bottom.  I adhere the embellished die cut on the left side of the cardbase and stamped a sentiment in black, to finished I put some sequins for even more sparkle….

This was a super fun card to make I love that you can do this in any color you want and it is like a puzzle.  The end result is beautiful!

Thank you so much for stopping by today.  Please stay safe and inside!

Hello there! Martha Lucia here to share with you my version of the Faberge Egg Die. It is a totally beautiful die cut that you can use in many ways.

At this time, Kat Scrappiness has two new different designs of eggs. The Faberge Egg Die and the Large Filigree Egg Die. Well I used both on this card. First I created the base of the card using lilac color of card stock. Then I embossed the Large Filigree Egg Die onto white card stock and resized the layer having the Large Filigree Egg a little moved to the left. I mat this layer with a Night of Navy card stock and pasted it directly over the card base.

To decorate the card, I die cut the Faberge Egg Die onto Blush/Gold Rinea Foiled Paper. I also die cut the same Faberge Egg onto regular card stock to have a great dimension. I pasted all the pieces in the same place and with crafty foam tape added to the decorated card base. As final touch, I added a God Promise stamped sentiment from the Lightbulb Moment stamp set by Joy Clair on the top and decorated with some Baby Pink Solid Confetti Mix sequins.

Thank you for stopping by and see you soon with more inspiration!

    Sweet Spring and Easter

Hello Friends, Waleska here better known as craftinglovew super happy to be a Guest Designer for this Month.    I love Spring and Easter so when I saw the newest release from Kat Scrappiness I was very excited to create with the Amazing new release.

I created a lot of cards with the new dies using soft spring colors yellow, pink, purple and teal, I wanted a collection of cards using a soft and sweet color combo.

    CARD DETAILS #1

The new Filigree Egg die is so beautiful and detailed definetely my favorite.  To create this card I started by inking a white card base with Oxide Inks in colors Spun Sugar, Squeezed Lemonade and Shaded Lilac, then I die cut the Filigree Egg die and I adhere it to a Vellum piece.  I put some Chicken or Egg Sequins.  I cut the Filigree Egg Die again on a white card base but this time I used only the egg shape and adhere the ink blended Filigree to that front panel.  I used a gray card base and die cut the Easter Blessings word die but only used the Easter word as well as the bow from the Easter Essentials from Kat Scrappiness with the same colors I used on the card.

    CARD DETAILS #2

For my second card I used the Faberge Egg with Cross new die.   I cut this beautiful die cut  from a pink shimery paper and I ink blended with Squeezed Lemonade Oxide Ink where I wanted to adhere this diecut.    I cut a strip of violet cardstock for the bottom of my front panel and with the same violet cardstock I cut the Happy Easter Word die with shadow but used only the word Easter for this one to finish I adhere some Chicken or Egg Sequins.

    CARD DETAILS #3

For my last card I used a stencil for the background with oxide inks in colors: Squeezed Lemonade, Spun Sugar, Shaded Lilac and Cracked Pistachio I cut the crosses from the He is Risen dies and He is Risen word and Shadow dies with white cardstock and pink cardstock for the word shadow.

I had so much fun creating this three cards, I hope you feel inspired to create Spring or Easter cards and don’t forget to check out the new Kat Scrappiness Release with all this amazing new products!   Have a great day and remember Stay Creative!
