Hi, everyone! Kevin back again with another Valentine. This one is super clean and simple but still packs a punch! Check it out!
I started by die cutting a couple masks from Inkadinkadoo masking paper and Kat Scrappiness Double Stitched Heart Dies. I placed the smallest mask towards the top of the card . Then I grabbed Abandon Coral Distress Ink and faded it out from the center. I did the same with the next heart but with some Picked Raspberry.
This gave my card a dimensional look without layers. I spirited the card base with some shimmer water and added a XOXO Lawn Fawn die cut. I added some gold heat embossing for some extra oomph.
Thanks for stopping by today and checking out this simple Valentine. Have a great day!
Hello there, Josefine is back 😛 Today I wanted to share a Valentine’s tag with you using Kat’s new tag dies and a really cute stamp set from Newton’s Nook. You know that I’m “a little” into mixed media, so I wanted to create something more towards that direction with the new Kat Scrappiness dies. But I also wanted to create something that fits to the current season so I decided to go with something pink 🙂
I always think it’s easier to follow a mixed media project in a video vs explanations as text. So I just had to create a new tutorial video for you. I hope you’ll enjoy it 😉
As you can see I didn’t use a lot of planning or precision while creating my Valentine’s tag. I just love to play around and just be messy without thinking about it. What I love about the new tags is that they give you a new design to play with. Usually I use the same old boring form.
Tip
When you get some manila file folders, you can use these tag dies to create your own manila tags. Because their surface can handle wet medium much better than regular card stock, you can use all sorts of paints, inks and mediums on it without worrying about the paper being destroyed.

Hey there, it’s Juhi. Today I am sharing a card I made using the Kat Scrappiness Stitched Heart Tag Dies and a bunch of other supplies from the store.

I first stamped these cute images from the Lawn Fawn Fairy Friends stampset on watercolor paper and colored them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I then die-cut them.
Following this I created a Distress ink blended background. The colors I’ve used are – Evergreeen Bough, Cracked Pistachio, Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry and Carved Pumpkin, in that order. I then die-cut the ink blended background with the Kat Scrappiness Heart Tag Die.
I stamped the sentiment from HoneyBee Stamps on the die-cut heart and created the heart shaker. I finished the card by adding the die-cut fairies and a few sequins.

I hope you liked my card, I have also recorded a process video of how I made it. You can check it out here:

Hello stampers and crafters! I am back with you today to share with you a process video on how I made some Valentine’s treat bags using the new stitched heart tag dies by Kat Scrappiness.
Instructions:
In order to make the bag, you will need two pieces of the heart stitched tag dies.
1. You will also need a matching piece of either card stock or patterned paper measuring 2 inches by 11 7/8. On the 11 7/8 side, score the paper at 4 inches, and 7 7/8 inches.
2. Flip the paper.
3. On the 2 inches side, score at 1/4 inch on both sides.
Here is the process video. All supplies are listed and linked below.

Hi, everyone! We are only one day away from the month of love so of course I have another Valentine’s Day card to share! This time I wanted to create a one layer card so I used Inkadinkado’s masking paper to create a heart shaped scene.
I started by die cutting a heart into the masking paper using one of the Stitched Heart Dies from Kat Scrappiness. Then I peeled off the backing paper and placed the mask onto my card base.
To create the scene I used four different colors of Distress Ink– Mermaid Lagoon, Peacock Feathers, Fossilized Amber, and Brushed Corduroy.
Next. I pulled out my Stampohoiloc Nano to stamp a pair of flamingos from Lawn Fawn’s Flamingo Together stamp set as well as a matching sentiment. I stamped the images right over the blended background.
Since there was a lot of color on the images I took a brush with clean water to “erase” some of the blue and tan color so I could use my Copics to make them pink.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope everyone has a great day! Here are all the supplies used that can be found at KatScrappiness!
Hello everyone, it’s Juhi with shaker tags for Valentine’s Day. I’ve used the newly released Kat Scrappiness Stitched Scallored Nesting Tag Dies and the Kat Scrappiness Double Stitched Heart Dies along with 2 gorgeous Valentine’s Day sequin mixes also by Kat Scrappiness to create 2 shaker tags.

The tag dies are great for using individually using as tags or as accents on cards and the stitching details on them are just gorgeous!
To cut out the heart shaped window, I taped the heart die inside the double stitched Square nesting Die, and then ran it through my die-cutting machine, as shown in the photo below.

For the red colored tag I also stuck a red heart cut using the Lacy Heart Die from Technique Tuesday behind the heart shaped window.

I love how these heart shaker tags turned out and I hope I have inspired you to create some of your own!
