Fall Fox Card with Kelley

Happy October everyone!!! Today I’m sharing a card made with the sweetest little image. It’s from Wild Rose Studio and is called Fox on a Branch. The fox’s colors lend perfectly to a Fall themed card.

The first thing I did was stamp the fox image onto white card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I used my Copic markers to color in the little fox, and then cut the image out with the Kat Scrappiness Embossed Mini Rope Circle Dies.

I ink blended my background using Distress Inks, and the Carta Bella Crisp Autumn Stencil. To add just a little extra detail to the falling leaves, I chose colored pencils that matched the Distress Inks and penciled in the veins and details onto the leaves. I added an extra glow of color around the leaves by using my blending tools and lightly adding more ink onto the background.

Using the Gina Marie Designs Stitched Fishtail Banner Dies, I die cut a piece of vellum. I stamped my sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black Ink, added clear embossing powder and heat set it using my heat tool. The stamp set used is called Friends Logo Sentiments from C.C. Designs. This set is so versatile, with many combinations and fonts included.

As always, I finished of my project with a little sparkle! This sequin set is called Aww-tumn Mix from Kat Scrappiness. It’s the perfect blend of colors for this time of year. They all went wonderfully with my falling leaves and cute little fox.

I’ve added a video below if you’d like more details on how I put this card together!

Thank you! Have a great day!
