Hi Everyone, it’s Priscilla here. Today I have four more fall-inspired cards — from fall foliage to pumpkin spice to Halloween. And they all have two things in common: they use Newton’s Nook Designs fall stamp sets and the newly released Kat Scrappiness “Embossed Edge” dies. Let’s get started!
For my first card I stamped, colored, and die cut the image from Newton’s Nook Designs “Fall Fringe” stamp set. I created the frame background by die cutting the newly released square Kat Scrappiness “Embossed edge” dies togetherto create a “mat effect.” The white heat-embossed “Happy Fall” sentiment is also from the “Fall Fringe” set. Just one Kat Scrappiness “Mystical Leaves” sprinkle in the center was the finishing touch!
My next two cards pay homage to the almighty “Pumpkin Spice” phenomena.
I stamped this image using the Newton’s Nook Designs “Pumpkin Latte” set and die cut it with the coordinating die. The pumpkin background was created with the Newton’s Nook Designs “Pumpkin Patch” stencil and Distress Oxide inks. The sentiment, “Happy Pumpkin Spice Season,” is also from the “Pumpkin Latte” stamp set. I used the largest of the new Kat Scrappiness “Embossed Edge Rectangle” dies to frame my card.
Once again, for Card #3, my image is from the Newton’s Nook Designs “Pumpkin Latte” set . I die cut her with the coordinating die and adhered her to a background created with some patterned paper from Carta Bella’s “Fall Break” paper pack. The Kat Scrappiness “Embossed Edge” frame was distressed with Distress Oxide ink.
My final card is a Halloween card. It features Newton, himself, from the “Witchy Newton” stamp set. I created the background for this card with Distress Inks and several dies from the Kat Scrappiness “Crafters Essentials – Fall” die set. Newton was colored with Copic Markers and embellished with Nuvo Glow in the Dark Drops in “Apple Sour.” Kat‘s “Going Batty” sequins mix finished my card.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Don’t forget to check out what’s NEW in Kat’s Shop, and follow my blog and Instagram for more “Kat Scrappiness Amazingness”!
