    Kat Scrappiness is having a Design Team Call! This is our first open call since 2018!  We are looking for a talented and dedicated card makers who have a love of and passion for our craft to join our design, video and social media influencer teams.  Many of our team members have been with us for years and our term is a minimum of one year.  So please keep that in mind if you decide to apply. *Open to US residents only.

    • Have an active Instagram account
    • Have an active YouTube Channel – (video team members only)
    • Have an active Facebook account
    • Pinterest Board is highly encouraged to pin and promote.

    Other Requirements:

    • Have a love of Kat Scrappiness products, since you will be working with and promoting them!
    • The ability to create 3 blog posts per month using our team WordPress Blog.
    • Host at least 1 Monthly Challenge for the team blog during the year.
    • Be flexible, reliable and have the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Participate in any extra team projects from time to time including hops, collaborations, etc.
    • Promote Kat Scrappiness including new releases, sales and promotions, etc. on social media
    • Take clean, bright and professional looking photos of your projects.
    • Have a love of Kat Scrappiness products, since you will be working with and promoting them!
    • Create a video tutorial 2x a month using Kat Scrappiness products.
    • Assist the other video team members (if asked) in creating New Product Release Videos.
    • Be flexible, reliable and have the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Participate in any extra team projects from time to time including hops, collaborations, etc.
    • Promote Kat Scrappiness including new releases, sales and promotions, etc. on social media
    • Take clean, bright and professional looking photos of your projects.
    • Have a love of Kat Scrappiness products, since you will be working with and promoting them!

    Kat Scrappiness is looking for a few creative and committed design team members!  If you meet the following requirements, you could be our next new designer!

    • Complete three projects per month with one project including a process video.  Also, film a haul video and/or blog post each month when your design team kits come in.
    • Create a blog post for each project with photos and tutorials showing how you made your project and how you used Kat Scrappiness products.
    • Promote Kat Scrappiness regularly on Social Media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Message Boards, etc.)
    • Participate in occasional blog hops and/or challenges.
    • Participate in Design Team Facebook Group

    Term:

    This call is for a one year term beginning March 1, 2018.  Term may be renewed if both designer and Kat Scrappiness agree.

    Compensation:

    • Each month you will receive one of each of Kat Scrappiness’ new releases.  This includes stamps, dies and/or sequins.
    •  You will also receive a 30% discount on everything in the Kat Scrappiness store for any additional products you would like to use in your projects.
    • You will also receive a Design Team Badge to proudly display on your blog.

    Kat Scrappiness Design Team Call

    I am excited to announce that Kat Scrappiness is having a Design Team Call! We are looking for a few good crafters (Including card making, scrapbooking, mixed media, etc). to join our team!

    Compensation for Joining our Team:

    • A monthly allowance and/or free product each month from the Kat Scrappiness store
    • Hefty discounts on most products in the Kat Scrappiness store.
    • You may join our affiliate program and use your personalized affiliate link any time you link to the Kat Scrappiness shop or products. This will allow you to earn cash for anyone who clicks on your link and makes a purchase.

    We are looking for the following:

    • Crafting experience, including use of the dies and sequins, as well as stamps and other products carried in our store.
    • Have the ability to take professional photographs of your  projects for use on blog and social media.
    • Have an active Blog – the use of WordPress is preferable
    • Have an active Instagram account – Must Have
    • Have an active YouTube Channel – This is a HUGE plus!
    • Have an active Facebook account – Must Have
    • Have an active Twitter account (not required but preferable)

    Requirements:

    • Design team members are responsible for making 2-4 projects per month. You will need to post your project to your blog and the Kat Scrappiness blog on a schedule that will be provided to you by the design team manager.  This includes making process and haul videos and sharing them on both the Kat Scrappiness YouTube channel, as well as your own.
    • Share current Kat Scrappiness Sales and Promotions on your blog and through social media outlets including crafting FB groups.
    • Display the Kat Scrappiness Design Team Image (which we will provide) on your blog.
    • Watermark your photos using the watermark we provide for you.
    • Design Team term will run for 6 months and may be renewable if both parties are agreeable.
    • Use and Promote Kat Scrappiness and the products we carry whenever possible and appropriate.
    • Join our Design Team Private Facebook Group in order to keep in touch with other members and Design Team Manager.

    How to Apply:
