Happy Easter Card

Hi Everyone, it’s Tina here. I have a super fun card to share with you using the new Crafters Essentials Easter dies. This die set is packed with dies to create Easter projects as well as Spring. Below are the steps to create your own Easter Card.

Step 1 – Trim White Cardstock to 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score ar 4 1/4″ and fold in half for a vertical side fold card. (A2)

Step 2 – Trim Watercolor Cardstock to 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ and temporarily adhere to a flat surface using Painter’s Tape. Using a paint brush completely cover the watercolor paper with water. Using any paint of your choice dab in light pastel colors to the enter surface. Let dry before moving onto the next step.

Step 3 – Diecut Double Stitched Rectangles die to the background created from Step 2. Adhere to the front of card using Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive.

Step 4 – Diecut Crafters Essentials Easter dies using White Cardstock. Apply Distress Oxide Inks to the Chick. I used Mustard Seed and Spiced Marmalade. Adhere to card using Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive for the bottom egg shell and chick and Foam Tape for the top egg shell.

Step 5 – Stamp sentiment using Ink.

Step 6 – Adhere White Jewels using a Crystal Katana and collage medium.

This card can be used as a Spring card by changing the sentiment. To receive 10% off your order at Kat Scrappiness used code: TINA10 at checkout. Below is a link to all the products used. Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day.
