Happy Birthday Mr. Fix It!

I love tools that have fun colors!  Today’s card is clean and simple using the new Dad’s Tools layering stamp set along with some Lawn Fawn inks.  Perfect for upcoming Father’s Day or your favorite guy’s birthday.

I knew I wanted to do some kind of grid with the screwdriver stamp, so I arranged the different screwdrivers around the sentiments I wanted to use.  The front of the stamp package is perfect for this because everything stays put as you’re arranging.

This is a peek at all the inks I used.  I only used 2 layers to stamp the handle this time.  For the bottom of the screwdriver, I used the 2 gray inks at the end.  I double stamped the Manatee ink to get a darker color for my 2nd layer.

A stamp platform is always handy for this type of precision stamping.

After getting all my images stamped onto my white panel, I arranged it at an angle with some repositionable tape on to the front of a blue notecard covered in patterned paper.  I trimmed off the excess with my scissors and popped the panel up with foam tape.

I added some Blue Steel sequins using mini glue dots and Ranger Multi Medium Matte.

Thanks so much for joining me today.  All supplies I used from the Kat Scrappiness shop are listed below.
