Toil and Trouble with Angeline

Happy Halloween! It’s Angeline here with a spooky project for you using lots of Kat Scrappiness goodies. Although I do not celebrate Halloween, Kat has some brand new stamps, dies and sequins — perfect for your ghostly projects, so let’s take a look!

For the background of the card, I inked it up using Walnut Stain Distress Oxides Ink Pad by Tim Holtz then sprinkled some water onto it to get the oxidized look. Then I cut out the rectangle cardstock using the Cross Stitched Rectangle Dies by Kat Scrappiness and then sprayed it with some Prima Color Bloom Spray [Gilded, Iris, Emerald]. Then once that’s dried, I cut out the peekaboo section using the Pop Out Die by Kat Scrappiness. Before adhering this piece down, I adhered down the cat from the Toil & Trouble Layered Stamp Set with Matching Dies by Kat Scrappiness and lots & lots of pretty sequins.

Finally, I used the spider-web borders from the Halloween Border Dies by Kat Scrappiness and skulls from the Toil & Trouble Layered Stamp Set with Matching Dies by Kat Scrappiness  to decorate the card up! These layering stamps and Halloween sequins are just so much fun!

Here is the list of supplies I used to make this card. For all the supplies linked, you can get it from Kat Scrappiness store. Do remember to use the code “Fall25” to get 25% off your order [expires TODAY!] or my code “Angeline10” to get 10% off your order! Happy shopping.
