Happy Sunday everyone! Hope everyone is having a great weekend. I spent the weekend putting up my Christmas decorations. Today I have a fun edge to edge shaker card using a ton of products from the Kat Scrappiness shop!
Here are the steps to create this card:
- Die cut a piece of the Ugly Sweater slimline paper with the Mini slimline Cross Stitched die
- Die cut a piece of green glitter paper using one of the Elegant border dies and adhere it to the patterned paper
- Cut a piece of cellophane (I use the packaging from stamps and dies) a quarter to half inch bigger than the patterned paper panel
- Adhere three sides on the back using strong adhesive
- Add the sprinkles, sequins, or anything you want to inside the panel. I added Santa’s Hat, Hung by the Chimney, Christmas Funfetti, Merry & Bright sprinkles, and sparkling clear solid sequins
- Adhere the 4th and final side to complete the edge to edge portion of the card
- Stamp, color with Copics, and die cut one of the cute gnomes from the Christmas Gnome stamp set.
- Use an adhesive pen and add loose glitter to the white portions of the santa suit
- Stamp and heat emboss the sentiment for the Christmas Gnome stamp set and die cut using the Boxed Sentiment dies
- Adhere sentiment panel to a piece of green card stock slightly bigger
- Adhere gnome and sentiment to card panel
- Add red enamel dots to panel
- Add panel to a red slimline card base
Thanks for stopping by. Don’t forget to stop by later in the week for the Black Friday sale.
