Hello crafters. It’s Caren on the blog today bringing you a fun pastel mini slimline card. I used a ton of Kat Scrappiness products to create this card.
Here are the steps to create this mini slimline card:
- From white card stock, die cut using the following dies – Mini Slimline Double Stitched dies, Stitched Puffy Clouds, and Slimline Rainbow die
- Use rainbow color of distress inks to ink blend each ray of the rainbow
- Use a cloud stencil and blue distress ink on the stitched panel for the background clouds
- Stamp Hello from Friendship Greetings stamp set using Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink on the larger cloud, add clear embossing powder and heat set
- Use liquid adhesive to adhere the rainbow to the stitched cloud panel
- Adhere clouds to panel using dimensional foam adhesive
- Adhere panel to mini slimline card base
- Add pearls to finish card – Carolina Blue, Ballerina Pink, Mint Green, Apricot
I love the soft look of the ink blending on this card.
Thanks for stopping by, check out a couple of sales going on right now.
